1984 yılında Kayseri’de doğan Dr. Numan BAYDİLLİ, Tıp Fakültesi eğitimini Erciyes Üniversitesi’nde 2007 yılında tamamlamıştır.
2007-2013 yılları arasında Erciyes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Ana Bilim Dalı’nda Üroloji ihtisasını tamamlamıştır. Devlet Hizmet Yükümlüğü görevini 2013-2016 yıllarında arasında Kahramanmaraş-Dr. Süreyya Adanalı Göksun İlçe Devlet Hastanesi’nde tamamlamıştır. 2016 yılında Erciyes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Ana Bilim Dalı’na öğretim görevlisi olarak göreve başlamıştır. 2017-2020 yılları arasında Yardımcı Doçent doktor olarak çalışmış ve 2020 yılında Doçent Doktor unvanı kazanmıştır. 2022 yılı itibari ile Üniversiteler Arası Kurul (ÜAK) tarafından düzenlenen doçentlik sözlü sınavını da başarı ile geçen Dr. Baydilli aynı bölümde doçent kadrosuna atanmıştır. Temmuz 2022 tarihi itibari ile görevine Üroloji Ana Bilim Dalı Başkanı ve Çocuk Üroloji Bilim Dalı Başkanı olarak devam etmektedir.
2017 yılında Avrupa Ürolojisi Yeterlilik Sertifikası (Fellow of European Board of Urology) ünvanını almaya hak kazanmıştır. 2019 yılında İstanbul’da ICS ONAYLI Bristol Ürodinami kursuna katılmış ve yapılan sınavda başarılı olarak Bristol Ürodinami Sertifikası’nı (Bristol Certificate In Urodynamics Course) almıştır.
